Autumn the tutor for colorful life

Have you ever wondered about the autumn trees and leaves? Green, orange, red, brown and yellow, the colours that can be appreciated by many and be lost in its beauty. Autumn is the season that adds attractiveness to the nature.  According to me autumn or fall is the season of vulnerability, which tells about circle of life. For a human it is baby, youth, adult, elder, followed by death of the physical body. Trees follow the same cycle: leaves bud, grow, changes colour and finally fall to return to Mother earth.
Trees sacrifice themselves to nature more than humans. Trees readily allow autumn to have their summer leaves. During winter, trees allow the frost to touch them and the wind to toss them. They allow the season to make it appear that all is lost and that there is no green growth left. But even           when the trees are at their barren moment, they still make people get mesmerized at the sun rays that flashes through the branches. The process is open to new growth and change. Trees allow it to be vulnerable, as it gets adapted with the climatic changes.  The leaves grow old beautifully, full of colours during its last days.
The falling leaves not only create the carpet of different colours; it also invites us to be vulnerable, the call to be open to the possibility of being hurt, the call to accept and to grow from the daily dyings of our days and to be useful  at all times. Our life is equal to what the trees under go. Life is fragile and often experience the loosing of everything and gaining back what we have lost. The letting-go-attitude as that of trees often bring colour to life.

In human terms, we are allowed to witness trees getting ready for bed to assure a Spring filled with opportunities for growth. It also is a wonderful reminder of the circle of life, the passing time, and how the earth always renews itself. It’s the time to move into one’s full potential, and use talents. As the leaves go out in a blaze of glory, so one can bloom where ever each one is present, where a life that is filled with many colors of new life.
Nature has always been the best tutor to mankind. Every aspect of the nature has a message. Autumn is one such element to learn the best of your life values. Though we don’t experience the season but it’s part of our earth and life. So let’s all enjoy the best movements of the nature.

POEM ON : THE FALLING VOICE OF THE BIRDS

From fallen leaves; On the lively trees, The silent dreams, Before the raising sun, the chirping bird; Made  my pleasant days On the fallen trees now, The fallen voice of, esteemed beauty, Of his golden voice, Is now washed away, He is broken for all the happenings; He can barely fly to make me happy, No one looks up to this bird anymore. He is just object because we all have better works, The people are too busy, And controlled by money, To care about the bird, They could not look down, To the broken, sad bird, We have no time to make him feel the warmth nor to sooth him, Things  are vanishing away, Without the mesmerising voice, And while they are now happy, we can’t  and not ignore, The bird there to die, On the lively trees.

Media the Voice for environment

In the name of development we have encroached the forest, lakes and waterways and what not?  When too much of human activities are conducted against nature it goes in its course be that Kashmir flood, incident in Kedarnath region 2013 or tsunami, cyclones and all types of natural calamities throughout the world. No media is discussing the root cause of the problems which can bring change in the society by the media. Living in harmony with the nature we all know about its importance, but when it comes to practice we tend to forget about it. Everyone wants development, but at what cost? Who would listen to the victims? few oppose industrialisation that has equilibrium  with the nature. How many dams, hydroelectric power plants can be laid along the river 10-60? More importantly there is no clear cut policy on dams, and no thoughts as how dams should be built, where or how? Today, society’s interaction with the nature is extensive that environment question has assumed a...

They are not animals or plants but they’re definitely alive. They don’t have leaves, roots but they are plantlike. The colorful formations make places anywhere possible.
